All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

The Returns Process

1 Submit Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the following information:

• Your order number
• Items you wish to return or exchange
• Reason for return
• Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

2 Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a return authorization email containing:

• Return authorization number
• Packaging instructions
• Return shipping address
• Prepaid shipping label (for defective items only)

3 Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging and include:

• Return authorization form
• Original receipt or order confirmation copy
• All original tags and labels

4 Processing & Refund

Once we receive your return:

• We’ll inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once processing is complete
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your financial institution:

• Credit Card Refunds: 3-10 business days after processing
• PayPal Refunds: Typically within 24-48 hours

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
